The Eastern Daily Press has announced this year's Tourism in Norfolk Awards scheme.

According to the news source, there will be 15 categories in the competition, including sections such as Best Caravan or Holiday Park in addition to the Business Tourism Award.

Caravan enthusiasts who like to stay environmentally friendly could be interested in the Sustainable Tourism award the company is running.

It may be that those who are greener in regards to their motor homes find that they pick up cheaper caravan insurance policies, as some cover firms reward the eco-conscious.

The news source added that the winners will be announced at a presentation gala on November 21st, while firms can enter online via the Eastern Daily Press website.

Meanwhile, the recent Visit Chester & Cheshire Annual Awards saw the Large Attraction of the Year prize handed to Ness Gardens.

Mike Cooksey, chairman of Visit Chester& Cheshire, remarked that the quality of entry was high.

"As always, standards continue to rise again and once again the judges had their work cut out," he said.
