Luxury caravan stay 'second prize in raffle'
A raffle being held at a fair this week is offering a stay in a luxury caravan as its second prize, it has been reported.
Those who visit the Brocklesby Fair this Sunday will be given the chance to stay in the six-berth vehicle if they are drawn out of the hat, according to the Grimsby Telegraph.
Its top prize is two tickets to Lapland, complete with overnight accommodation, while third prize is a one-hour ride through town in a limousine.
Caravan insurance customers who visit the show can also bring lots for the County Charity Auction, which will raise money for children with terminal illnesses.
"People donate some lovely things and every penny raised from the auction goes to When You Wish Upon a Star ... Bids can be taken at the Control Centre until 14:30 BST on the day and the auction itself starts at 15.30," said Claire Coulan, Brocklesby event manager.
The When You Wish Upon a Star charity will also be making an appearance at the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride, which will take place on Sunday July 13th.
