Farming demonstration on caravan site
A farming couple in north Wales have been quick to embrace the changing world and tough economic conditions and are looking to show off their success to help others.
According to the North Wales Daily Post, Tudur and Anwen Jones will be providing an open day on May 26th at their Dairy Development Centre demonstration farm at Tynrhos, near Pentrefoelas.
The couple have transformed the farm into a place of learning, as well as being home to dairy cows, sheep and a caravan site.
Visitors staying on the caravan site will have the opportunity to visit the open day and discover a bit more about how a farm can operate successfully.
With a growing number of people across the UK looking to become more self-sufficient as a way of cutting costs during the recession, the event may be popular with people staying on the caravan site and other tourists in the area.
Meanwhile, MSN Money has provided a number of handy tips for people planning their summer holiday in the UK, reminding people of the importance of taking out caravan insurance when travelling around the country.
