People planning to head to any of this year's summer music festivals are reminded of the importance of taking out caravan insurance if they plan to enjoy the events from the comfort of a caravan or motorhome.
Thousands of people from across the UK flock to a wide variety of open-air festivals held over the summer months every year and as more people are expected to take short breaks in Britain this year, that could result in a rise in the number choosing to head to music festivals.
This year sees the return of the famous Glastonbury festival and a large number of acts have already signed up to play at the weekend event, offering something for everyone.
The Daily Mirror reports on some of the local caravan parks that can be used for those preparing to travel to events in a caravan, something which many more are expected to do in a bid to avoid the mud-soaked scenes a few years ago, when campers saw their tents awash with rain and mud.
However, anyone looking to travel to the festivals in a caravan should ensure they have adequate caravan insurance to cover the cost of any accidents that may occur either during the festival or while travelling to or from the event.
Among the stars heading to Glastonbury this summer are Neil Young, Lily Allen, Franz Ferdinand and rock god Bruce Springsteen.
