British Leisure Show officially launches

The launch of caravan and leisure event the British Leisure Show has been hailed a success.
July 15th marked the first official launch of the event, held at the Royal Windsor Racecourse on the banks of the River Thames.
The first show is set to take place in March 2009, with guests at the launch invited to explore the venue and meet the team running the show, also taking in a presentation from show organiser James Brooke.
Speaking to Motor Boats Monthly, Mr Brooke commented that the show is unique.
"It's one of a kind. The whole show is about interaction, and it's exciting seeing that develop," he added.
Caravan insurance policyholders could be among the thousands f people expected to attend the event, which will run from March 19 to 21st.
A special zone is to be set up at the event to highlight to caravan insurance policyholders how to get the most from their models.
New vehicles and accessories are expected to be showcased by dealers, who be on hand for chats, while towing demonstrations will be given alongside advice workshops and pitch time trials.
A motorhome and campervan section will also be set up for the event.
