A motorhome manufacturer has revealed that the company is currently undergoing a "renaissance", according to one of its directors.
Speaking to the Worcester News, Geoff Scott suggested that Auto-Sleepers is in a positive position within a "turbulent" marketplace.
In news that may be of interest to those with motorhome insurance, Mr Scott drew attention to the history of Auto-Sleepers and second group company Marquis, which have a combined trading history which spans 84 years.
Mr Scott's comments follow news that he and a number of other senior managers have completed a management buyout.
Auto-Sleepers provides a range of vehicle options for those with motorhome insurance to choose from.
Models include campervans such as the Volkswagen-based Trident and Topaz, low-profile motorhomes such as the Ford Eton and Peugeot Broadway, and coachbuilt motorhomes, which include the Ford Wilton and Ascot.
Yesterday also saw the firm reveal that it had established a presence in New Zealand, with the appointment of a dealer in country.
The announcement also represented a double first, as the move is the company's first foray into the international marketplace.
