An Airstream International 684 trailer drew in the crowds at Goodwood's campsite during the recent Revival, a writer claims.
Staying in the model for the duration of the show, a writer for Classic Driver magazine reviewing the caravan commented that the vehicle was a hit with other potential caravan insurance policyholders staying on site.
"From motorhome owners to existing classic Airstream campers, the brand new, 8,250mm-long aluminium wonder attracts visitors like no other," commented the reviewer.
He described the model as solidly built and designed like a "hip hotel", with top quality fittings.
The model has a stylish exterior design finished in shiny aluminium sure to attract attention.
Airstream recently modified their fleet of trailers to ensure they are suitable for taking on European roads and being towed by continental vehicles.
"It's really like sleeping in a house," the writer commented, adding that for those looking for the perfect lodgings, caravanners could attach the model to their Discovery or X5 for a "home from home".
For caravan insurance policyholders planning to take a mobile home to next year's Revival, they can expect to pay around £181 for one pitch and four people, including electricity.
