Motorhome insurance policyholders may be excited to read that the Swift Sundance and Bessacarr E400 mobile homes are to benefit from a facelift.

Both model ranges are to receive a makeover inside and out and will also boast upgraded specification levels

The models will appear more stylish and have a more upmarket look, as well as being fitted with stronger body panels and a jointing system, Swift has said.

Both brands will have a new six-unit line-up when they are officially launched at the NEC National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show in February next year.

Commercial director of Swift Group Nick Page commented that the new vehicles take the ranges to the next level.

"To help people who want to renew their motorhome in the current climate, they provide outstanding value and comfort for a very affordable price in a sector of the market that will grow in a recession," he added.

However, caravan insurance policyholders will be expected to pay a premium for the changes, with prices increasing by about £1,000.

In related news, visitors to the National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show next year will also be able to catch a glimpse of a new addition to the lightweight Sprite range in the form of the Finesse 2.
