The latest in quirky caravan interiors has been revealed as a mobile garden, housed inside an ordinary looking caravan.

Following the news that 49-year-old former estate agent Robin King had set up a cinema system in a five-berth touring caravan, it has emerged that artist Kevin Van Braak from Amsterdam has gutted a mobile home and transformed it into an open-out garden.

The 1976 Constructam Caravan has been cut in half by the artist and decked out with a grassed interior that folds out to seat up to 15 people, the Daily Mail reports.

"People like the design a lot - I put it in a park once and most people preferred to sit on the artificial grass than the real," he commented.

Previously Mr Van Braak transformed a four-storey scaffolding structure into a campsite, complete with fake grass and animals.

The artist went on to say that he takes a strong interest in artificial landscapes and wanted to do something more mobile after the CampingFlat piece.

Caravan insurance policyholders may be interested to read that the mobile garden is for sale, although Mr Van Braak has yet to price the piece.
