Caravan insurance policyholders might want to hurry to book their tickets for the forthcoming National Rally held by the Caravan Club.

Now the new year is in full swing, caravanners may be looking to plan their activities for the year, with the springtime event sure to be on the list of avid fans.

Taking place at Weston Park in Shropshire between May 28th and June 1st June, the event usually attracts more than 10,000 caravans, the Caravan Club claims.

Organised by club members, the show is also held for members and is run with the help of volunteers who have paid the full rally price and work to keep things running smoothly.

Entertainment will be put on by various musical acts spanning the rock, pop and country genres, while 50 years of Beatles music will be celebrated by the Bootleg Beatles. Concluding the event will be the Caravan Club's Concert band.

The stately home is set in 1,000 acres of garden and parkland and also boasts a Farm Shop, which was restored with help from the Heritage Lottery Fund and provides fresh produce, seasonal items and beer all year round.
