Mobile home fans are being urged to take a caravan holiday as their spring break this year.
Caravan insurance policyholders may be among the Britons finding they can take regular holidays during the year as a result of the budget breaks caravanning affords them.
Haven.com and CaravanCamping.co.uk have announced a number of spring breaks available from £22.80 for a four-night stay at a campsite featuring static caravans.
Meanwhile, the breaks offered by Caravan Camping cater for those who would like to bring along their own mobile home.
A spokesperson for Bourne Leisure, which owns both firms, commented that there are some fantastic offers available that are already proving popular.
"With limited places available, we would encourage customers to book as soon as possible, to avoid missing out on a bargain," the representative added.
The firm plans to invest £40 million in improving its facilities throughout 2010, including landscaping and the introduction of new luxury caravans.
A number of budget caravan breaks were recently mentioned in the Mirror, with an offer of a "superior two-bedroom luxury caravan" for seven nights at Lakeland Holiday Park in the Lake District with Haven at £549.
