Gambling fans looking for their next caravan break might want to head to Brean for a summer holiday as a caravan park in the area is to benefit from a new gaming arcade.
District council planners have given the nod to the new facility at Brightholme Caravan Park, Burnham-On-Sea.com reports.
The arcade will add to amenities at the site that currently include a bar, children's activity room and nearby beaches.
A spokesman from Sedgemoor district council told the website: "The erection of the new building to form an amusement arcade is in scale with the existing facilities, would be readily available to users and would not increase the environmental impact of the site."
Caravan insurance policyholders planning a trip to the park will find a range of luxury static holiday homes on site with four or six berths, fully equipped with shower and toilet facilities, colour TVs, gas cookers and fires.
The park is situated on sand dunes and boasts a local post office and large leisure park, where holidaymakers can try their hand at golf and swimming. Also nearby is a tropical bird garden and nature fans can take in views of the Welsh and Somerset coastlines and the Mendip Hills.
