Mobile home lovers are being urged to make their next trip a stay in Cornwall.

Those looking for a budget break near a beach might find Bude is just the place for their bank holiday getaway.

Camping and caravan site Wooda Farm is calling on Brits to visit the site for a stay in the "charming" town, with caravan breaks being a trip that "is not hard on your wallet, but will give you all the freedom, and relaxation for the perfect holiday".

The park offers pitches for touring caravans and 40 acres of parkland, complete with fantastic views of the local surroundings and a range of activities for all the family.

For those caravan insurance policyholders who tire of the beaches, they can take a trip to nearby Dartmoor and the village of Clovelly, or embark on a short drive to the world famous Eden Project.

Caravans are provided on site amid the landscaped gardens and there are safe play areas for children to use. Other features of the site include orchard gardens, badminton and tennis courts.

Owners of the park say visitors will get a warm welcome and describe the site as "a camp site, caravan site [and] holiday park all rolled into one".

Visitors might want to time their stay to coincide with the coarse fishing 'have a go days' organised by the Bude Canal Angling Association on June 12th, 19th and July 31st.
