A caravan rental website is reminding Britons of the great deals they could get by opting for a mobile home or static caravan holiday.
With a huge choice of models and low costs, caravan breaks are becoming the first choice for many budget-conscious holidaymakers every year, GoCaravanRentals.com has said.
Costs to hire a model can include basic necessities such as fuel and caravan insurance, but other than that, holidaymakers could find caravanning a much cheaper option than flying abroad, especially in light of the weak pound.
The firm comments that many of the caravan holiday providers across the UK are offering good deals this year, with Britons able to save even more by opting for a holiday home let by a caravan owner who sublets the property.
According to the company, holidaying in a sublet caravan saves consumers money and also means they can opt for a higher standard of caravan.
It added that "with the expected warm summer and bad pound to euro exchange rate, this summer is set to be a bumper year for caravan holiday parks".
The company is currently offering a seven-day break at Killigarth Manor in Cornwall for the discounted price of £320.
