Official praises 'perfect caravan getaway'
The chairman of a charity for disabled people has commented on the benefits of staying in its new static caravan, it has been reported.
According to the Hartlepool Mail, Neil Appleyard from the Hartlepool United Disabled Supporters' Association (Hudsa) claims that the vehicle is suitable for both the disabled and those leading an able-bodied lifestyle.
The news source added that the £36,000 caravan, which is owned and located by the group, accommodates eight people and can be found at Primrose Valley in Filey.
It may be that people with a caravan who leave it at home for a break in the valley find that they save on their caravan insurance policies, as the vehicle will likely be covered as part of their stay.
"The caravan can accommodate people in wheelchairs and those with other special needs. It can be used for respite care or just give others the opportunity for a holiday," remarked the official.
And this comes as the Daily Post reports that a new website has been set up for people looking to holiday in North Wales.
The thousands of visitors who head to the region every year will be accommodated at northwales.co.uk, the news source states.
