Boxer 'prefers caravan life'

A world boxing champion has stated that he prefers the caravan lifestyle to going out with his friends, it has been reported.

In an interview with the Sun, the former IBF world light-heavyweight champion Clinton Woods stated that he would much sooner take a trip with his family in his motor home than head out on the town.

He added that even if he wanted to, he would not be able to spend a weekend drinking with his buddies, due to the discipline instilled in him by his wife, Natalia.

Caravan Insurance

"I can't go out Friday and go out again on Saturday. No chance. But to be honest, I'd rather hitch up the caravan and take out my missus and our two kids, Jude and Lola," said the boxer.

But Mr Woods should be reminded that any such trip should not be undertaken without a thorough caravan insurance policy, as any damage to a vehicle could be costly to repair.

Clinton Woods is a light-heavyweight boxer who hails from Sheffield. On Saturday, he lost the IBF title to Antonio Tarver on a unanimous points decision in Tampa, Flordia.
