Paper hails 'inspirational' Tuscany caravan site

A British newspaper has hailed Tuscany as an inspiring place to take a caravan holiday.

The Huddersfield Examiner has stated that the Camp site Le Pianecce in the Castagneto Carducci village of the region can be visited through a booking with UK-based Venue Holidays.

Vehicles at the park come are two-bedroom and include basic cooking equipment, while linen can be provided for an extra £15.

In addition, the Yorkshire publication has stated that the facilities at the site are "superb", adding that excursions to nearby Florence and Pisa means visitors will not be short of things to do.

Caravan Insurance

However, it is a good idea to take out a caravan insurance policy, should a vehicle become damaged or subjected to theft.

"If you've never visited Tuscany before, it's well worth a try, offering something for everyone from gourmands to culture vultures to sun-seekers to difficult-to-please children," the newspaper stated.

This comes as the North Norfolk News has reported that the local council has denounced the quality of caravan sites in the region.

According to the news source, there is a lack of action plans available in the event of an emergency.
